JAGUAR Charity Night

The cause: Persatuan Penjagaan Kanak-kanak Cacat Klang Selangor.
The organisers: Jaguar Swiss Made.
The sponsors: Posh cars of various ginormous brands, Von Jolly Couture, Bysi, Cellabs, Hwa Jing Tour Agency and many more.

These brands, together with the venue sponsor Tropicana Golf Club put together the Jaguar Charity Night, where local artistes William San, Yeo Yann Yann, Marsha Londoh, Leslie Chai and Chris Tong graced the red carpets. The spotlights of the night were Hong Kong stars Dennis To and Rose Chan, both of the Legend is Born – Ip Man fame, both of whom are also ambassadors of Jaguar Swiss Made.

The Jaguar Swiss Made timepieces were presented on batik-inspired-dress-clad-models against a rainforest backdrop – an effort to make this event Malaysian-themed. The batik-inspired dresses were brought to us by Von Jolly Couture Batik. Bysi also designed costumes for the fashion show. These fashion pieces – watches and costumes – were all put up for auction to raise funds for the charity cause.

To engage the guests of this event, Athena Beh and Dave, both of whom performed their songs that night were also present. A lucky draw (the media were not left out as well!) and the auction event also drew participation from the guests. Overall, it was inspiring to have so many hands put together, even all the way from Hong Kong to raise funds for the cause.
